Children’s Day-National Education Day
Our students at Devla, Greater Noida, celebrated Children’s Day and National Education Day on Monday, November 14, 2022. They played the role of our freedom fighters and education reformers and talked about their contributions. Some of the historical figures portrayed were: Savitribai Phule, Fatima Sheikh, Rani Lakshmibai, Sarojini Naidu, Bhim Rao Ambedkar, Bhagat Singh, Subhash Chandra Bose, Mohammad Ali Jauhar, Hasrat Mohani, Bal Ganga Dhar Tilak as well as Jawaharlal Nehru and Maulana Abul Kalam Azad in whose memory the Day was observed.
Prof. Abhishek Srivastava of India Today Media Institute graced the occasion as chief guest. The event began with national anthem and concluded on legendary “Hum Honge Kamyab…”
